HELLO LOVELY!

I'm Elizabeth

Born and raised on the east coast, I grew up loving living close to the ocean (as us water signs often do). I feel at peace surrounded by all the magic and healing that nature holds for us.

Like many women, my journey toward health began with personal struggle. For over 20 years, I struggled with hormone imbalances and gut health issues that no doctor could fully explain, often leaving with no real answers as to why I was experiencing the symptoms I was. Out of desperation, I tried making diet and lifestyle changes, but it wasn’t until I went through my health coaching training that I finally understood just how deeply what I was eating—or not eating—was connected to what I had been battling my whole life.

As I began to heal, I noticed that so many other women were experiencing the same struggles, facing a healthcare system that wasn’t equipped to address the root causes or the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and chronic illness. I realized there was an opportunity to help—to provide the kind of support and guidance I wished I had received.

At the same time, I kept a close eye on the rising rates of illness and declining health statistics, and I knew I wanted to be part of the solution. That’s why I became a coach: to help women achieve true wellness in a time when the system often fails to provide it.

But here’s the truth: true wellness isn’t just about diet and lifestyle changes - it’s about feeling whole in mind, body, and spirit. It’s about enjoying your life, living with purpose, feeling a connection to something greater than yourself, and fully comfortable in your own skin.

Now is the time for women to stop self-abandoning and start healing not only their bodies and minds, but also their spirit and shadow. When we integrate all parts of ourselves and learn to fully love who we are, we step into our power. We begin living in alignment, and from that place, we can manifest anything we desire—health, abundance, joy, and purpose.

And when a woman does this, she becomes an inspiration to those around her. This is how we create the ripple effect our world so desperately needs right now.

As a collective, we’ve been living in the masculine for far too long. It’s left us with chronic stress, rising rates of disease, and a deep lack of fulfillment and purpose. It’s time to bring back the feminine—within both men and women, since we all carry these dual energies—so that we can return to balance and harmony.

My mission is to guide women into this wholeness: to feel safe in their bodies, at peace in their minds, connected to their eternal spirit, and empowered to live the vibrant, aligned life they were always meant for that’s truly yours.
